About the role
Trillium Technologies is looking for a Program Manager to lead and manage multi-stakeholder programs in the US, driving initiatives in artificial intelligence, space and science. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational oversight, imagination, team building and communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes that benefit Humankind.

Deliver excellence: Build and develop high-impact programs in AI, space, and climate science.
Collaborate: Work closely with leading multi-stakeholder collaborations, including NASA, Google Cloud, and Intel.
Communicate: Create and communicate compelling content with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
Drive innovation: Be passionate, curious and forward-thinking toward professional development including a willingness to learn and apply new concepts and technologies.
Key responsibilities
Program development and oversight
Lead program design, execution, and delivery across AI, space and science projects.
Oversee multiple projects that align with the strategic goals and aspirations.
Manage resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Stay ahead of cutting-edge, state-of-the-art developments to push the boundaries of innovation and identify emerging opportunities in the market.
Ensure programs meet world-class standards and drive meaningful outcomes.
Stakeholder and partner management
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and academic institutions.
Represent Trillium at external events and conferences, driving business development and securing new partnerships.
Negotiate agreements, contracts, and funding with commercial and government stakeholders.
Leadership and team management
Provide coaching and support to the US project team to ensure delivery excellence and professional growth.
Manage and grow the US portfolio while fostering a culture that delivers the best work of their lives.
Act as a servant leader, ensuring the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
Content creation and communication
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content tailored for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, federal agencies, and academic researchers.
Develop grant proposals, reports, and publications, showcasing program results and impacts.
Collaborate with partners to create content, including press releases, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Operational excellence
Manage program logistics, including budgets, travel, contracts, and event planning.
Oversee operational tools like GitLab, Google Cloud, and project management systems to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and report on program performance, providing insights to stakeholders and the leadership team.
Key skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in artificial intelligence, space sciences, environmental sciences, mathematics, robotics, business, or related fields.
5+ years of program management experience, ideally in technology, space, or related sectors.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs with real-world impact.
Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation skills.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
Expertise in stakeholder and client relationship management, including experience working with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
Skilled at risk management and decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Technically savvy with experience in tools like GitLab, Google Cloud and project management tools.
